Anna Silk
Anna Silk, born January 31st, 1974 in Fredericton, New Brunswick Canada, is a Canadian actress best known for playing Bo in The Showcase Series Lost Girl. Silk was created in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Silk is the daughter of Peter an academic, and Ilkay Silk who is a renowned actress director producer playwright educator as well as Director of Drama at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna recalls her first memories when she was at rehearsals for play together with her mother. Silk played a role as a young girl in commercials. She earned a Bachelors in Arts from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two productions during the beginning of her career: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk relocated to Toronto to Los Angeles within the years following 1999. Seth Cooperman is her future husband, who she first discovered at the time of her meeting in Los Angeles at an Actors Workshop. They got engaged in 2009, and then married in an unofficial ceremony in took place in December. On April 10 2011 they renewed their vows in a Jewish ceremony in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk had the son Samuel Jerome Cooperman in May 2013. Levi Aaron was her second born baby on May 13, 2016. Silk was also nominated 2009 for the Gemini Awards in her role in the role of Cassidy Holland. She landed a principal role in the role of Bo Dennis, a succubus as seen as Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk announced to her fans that she was expecting a baby at the beginning of January 2013, during an episode of Showcase Season Three Special. Silk, who has been doing work on the show since the season's third finale episode was conceived on the 6th of January, 2013 on Twitter, announced her intention to return June 4th, 2013 as Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of the fourth. CNN Cable News Network named Bo as well as Lauren Zoie Palmer as the couples with identical sexuality in Lost Girl to be one of the top television Couples of All Time. E! Magazine declared that they were the top TV Couples of 2013 Entertainment Television. Silk is the result, and its growing popularity on social networks has earned it a large internet following.
